Convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi and a TV are available in the rooms, which are in great condition. The location is amazing as it's close to a beach, cafe, and pub, all within a 10-minute walk. Also, it's not far from Newquay and the center of Crantock, making it a stunning location for exploring. 🏖️

We had a wonderful stay not far from the center of Crantock and a short distance to the beach, cafes, and pubs in a peaceful residential area.

We loved the clean and comfortable accommodation with a cozy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful courtyard garden with a fire pit. the host, Alex, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the gorgeous Crantock Beach and three pubs nearby. it was a perfect stay for couples.

I had an amazing stay at this property! the kitchen had everything I needed and more, with a full range of appliances and utensils. the thoughtful provision of free provisions like bread, milk, and cereal was a nice touch. the place was newly decorated and impeccably clean, even better than the photos showed. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, willing to go the extra mile to make me feel welcome. the location was perfect, with a pub, corner shop, and beach with surf-hire all within easy walking distance.

The cosy and well-equipped apartment surpassed all our expectations. The facilities were great, from the spacious rooms to the fantastic outside area where we could relax and gaze at the stars. We was like we were staying in a luxurious hotel with all the amenities provided. The thoughtful touches, such as milk, cereals, and even a fully stocked kitchen, made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect, leaving us with nothing to complain about. The location was convenient, just a short drive to Newquay. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The value for our money at 43 Annexe was excellent, with a clean and bright room that had everything we needed, including a surprising back garden/patio area. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, a cafe, and a pub. Alex, the host, was incredibly welcoming and gave us great information about the local area.

The breakfast could have been improved with the addition of a Nespresso machine.

I recently stayed at Alex's beautiful home in Crantock for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing. The house was immaculate and well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was stunning and worth the uphill trek back with beach equipment. The free provisions provided, including bread, milk, and cereal, were a lovely touch. The hosts were accommodating and made me feel welcome. a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at 43 Annexe and had an amazing experience. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, with Alexandra going above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived, providing a cool and comfortable atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find that milk, cereals, tea, coffee, and sugar were all provided by Alexandra. The free WiFi was also a great bonus. The location was perfect for us, with a short 10-minute drive into Newquay and a beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk away. All in all, our short break at 43 Annexe was truly memorable and we highly recommend it.
